![]() After reboot I see "Realtek Audio" in device manager, I am able to choose volume using slider but it quiet like it was with w11 before installing the same driver version. To fix this I go same route and open dell support page, downloading last. At this point no matter where I move sound volume slider it's always sounds like it's 100% and very loud! So I basically have to options of volume here: mute or 100% max. Once installed it automatically shows "High Definition Audio Device" driver for this soundchip. Getting rid of **** win11, going back to w10 installation. Even moving slider to 50% sounds very loud. After installation sound volume becomes normal. Visiting dell support page we are able to find newer. With this driver sound volume is very low even if I move slider all the way right to MAX. ![]() So, Once new instance of windows 11 installed it recognize sound chip as Realtek Audio and uses. But looking to all those drivers\versions they are also compatible with w10 and used for other dell laptops if you select w10 drivers option for them. Dell support webpage offers drivers only for w11. Hi everyone, I got my new laptop here - dell xps 9520. ![]()
